Assistance Services

If you have a problem, you can be assured of a quick response. To do this, simply contact our Assistance Service at 0639 69 40 44. This number is listed on your rental agreement and also on the vehicle's key.
If your car does break down, our technicians will replace or repair the vehicle as soon as possible,so that you can continue on your way quickly and safely.
In case of accident, do not forget to fill out an accident report (a copy is available in the vehicle). Be especially careful to fill out all the required information accurately. If the document is not correctly completed, you may be responsible for the accident.
