Flying Blue Members Eligibility
Flying Blue members are eligible to earn Miles on rentals made at all Europcar locations and booked through any channel. Rentals operated by Europcar’s partners in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China are not eligible to earn Miles.
Miles Accrual
Miles are earned per rental and will be credited to the member’s Flying Blue account approximately six to eight weeks after the vehicle has been returned.
Earning Rate
Flying Blue members can earn up to 5 Miles per euro spent on every eligible rental:
4 Miles per € spent on standard fleet vehicles
5 Miles per € spent on electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles
Discount Benefits
Members can benefit from discounts of up to 20% on public rates, depending on their Flying Blue tier:
Explorer: 10% discount
Silver, Gold, or Platinum: 15% discount
Ultimate: 20% discount
To benefit from this offer, you must book your Europcar rental through the dedicated microsite.
Proof of Membership
You must present a valid Flying Blue membership card in the name of the member making the booking at the Europcar station when picking up the vehicle.
Rental Rates and Charges
Europcar rates include all mandatory charges such as taxes, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges, and vehicle registration fees where applicable. Mileage is generally unlimited, except in some countries or for specific rental products where limited mileage applies. Please refer to Europcar’s rate conditions during the booking process. Discounts, if applicable, are calculated on the basic rental rate, excluding additional charges.
Exclusions
Flying Blue members are not eligible to earn Miles on certain types of rentals, including: Contract or tour operator rates; Airline staff or truck rentals; Award rentals or car replacements; Long-term rentals or chauffeur services; Other specially negotiated rates
Customer Support
In case of any issues or assistance required during the rental, members must contact the Europcar station from which the vehicle was rented and present their rental receipt.
