1. Eligibility & Verification
1.1 To benefit from member discounts and earn Flying Blue Miles, members must present a valid Flying Blue membership card at the Europcar rental counter when picking up the vehicle.
1.2 Miles earning and promotional discounts are strictly valid for reservations made directly through the dedicated Europcar and Flying Blue partnership landing page.
2. Discounts & Exclusions
2.1 Tier discounts apply exclusively to the basic rental quote (time and mileage).
2.2 Discounts cannot be applied to any extra equipment, optional coverage, ancillary products, or taxes.
2.3 All standard rates are eligible for discounts except for: contract rates, tour operator rates, travel agency rates, staff rates, airline staff rates, other Europcar partner rates, commercial vehicle rates, and long-term rentals.
3. Miles Earning Terms
3.1 Miles earning applies strictly to qualifying personal vehicle rentals booked via the dedicated Europcar & Flying Blue partnership landing page.
3.2 Miles will generally be credited to the member’s Flying Blue account within 6 to 8 weeks after the car rental has been completed.
3.3 The following are explicitly excluded from earning Miles:
- Commercial vehicles and long-term rentals.
- Add-on products, ancillary items, and insurance coverage.
- Non-eligible rate categories specified in Clause 2.3.
4. Rates & Inclusions
4.1 Europcar rates include all mandatory charges with no hidden extras. Included fees encompass local taxes, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport surcharges, and vehicle registration fees, where applicable.
4.2 Mileage is generally unlimited, unless specific limits apply in certain destination countries or to selected rental products. Specific mileage terms and rate conditions must be reviewed during the booking process.
5. Customer Assistance & Local Terms
5.1 In the event that assistance is required regarding the car rental, members must contact the specific Europcar station from which the vehicle was rented and present their official rental receipt.
