Many service stations are experiencing fuel supply difficulties in certain regions or cities in France. These events, which are beyond Europcar's control, affect the ability to fill up vehicles.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee to provide you with fully fueled vehicles.

Similarly, we understand that you may not be able to return the vehicle to us with a full tank.
