Common questions and answers after rent
Here you will find answers to questions that often arise after your rent from Europcar.
In connection with the finish, a new transaction is made on your payment or credit card with the actual cost of your car rental. How many days it takes before the reservation is canceled depends on the transaction time at the bank or card issuer.

Contact the office where the rental car was returned, contact information is available on your digital lease and at www.europcar.se. Europcar is not responsible for forgotten things.
If the car rent is not canceled before the start, a fee will be charged.
For rents within Sweden, contact our invoice & customer support at 08-120 748 49 or via kundsupport@europcar.se. Have a booking or lease number number available and we can more easily help you. For car rents outside Sweden that are booked through an intermediary, we refer to your booking partner with the complaint.
