IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE
In Australia, you need to present:
A valid full driver's licence for the main driver and any additional drivers showing a current residential address in English. If you do not have a valid Australian Drivers License, an International Driver's Permit must accompany your driver’s licence.
A valid credit or debit card in the name of the main driver, matching the relevant Driver’s Licence
A passport if you are not an Australian resident
If using a debit card, you are required to provide a second form of acceptable identification in addition to your driver’s licence. For example, utility or phone bill (with matching address), bank statement (with matching address), passport or a credit card matching the main driver information.
NB: Payment by debit card is only available on selected vehicle types.
Europcar counters are located inside the following terminals; International (T1), Virgin (T2) .If the domestic counters are unmanned, please proceed to the Europcar office located adjacent to the Domestic terminals.

Additional cover to reduce your liability can be purchased at the Europcar counter when you pick up your rental.
Prior to leaving the location, we recommend you inspect your vehicle to ensure that the condition of the vehicle is consistent with the information noted in your rental agreement.
If you notice any discrepancies over and above Fair Wear and Tear, you should advise a team member prior to leaving the Melbourne Airport.
If you have already left the rental location ensure you take photos (including a photo of the vehicle's number plate) and contact Europcar within 60 minutes either on 1300 720 055/NZ number or email myrental@europcar.com.au, using your rental agreement number as the email subject.. Most rental vehicles do not come provided with a vehicle handbook. To find out more information on the make and model of vehicle you are driving simply click here to access our Vehicle Information Guides, click on the vehicle manufacturer icon and locate the model of your rental vehicle.
Europcar provides complete 24-hour emergency roadside assistance. The contact number to be called is printed on the rental agreement and on the windscreen of the rental vehicle. In the event of a breakdown or an accident, you will receive prompt assistance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
International connections:
Please follow signs for International Terminal (T1) and return to the marked Europcar return area. If there is not a Europcar team member in the car park, please return the car keys to the Europcar counter located in Terminal (T1) Inetrnational.
Domestic returns/connections: Please follow signs for 'Rental Car Returns located adjacent to Domestic T2 Arrivals. Returns are loacted in the bottom carpark of the Europcar Office (Where vehicle was collected from)

Budget Petrol - 1004 Botany Rd, Mascot NSW 2020
Domestic: Return the key into the key drop box at the return office in the car park. Loacted in the bottom carpark of the Europcar Office (Where vehicle was collected from)
International: Return the key into the key drop box on the Europcar counter at Terminal 1 (T1) Arrivals
