Velocity members, earn up to 800 Points per rental when you book a vehicle with Europcar. This offer is available on a wide range of vehicles and throughout Europcar network.

Earning scheme
For leisure rentals, Velocity members earn:
- 3 Points per AUD or NZD spent and Silver, Gold and Platinum members earn a Points bonus on top of the base Points earned, when hiring in Australia and New Zealand .
- 800 Points per rental outside Australia and New Zealand
For contractual rentals, Velocity members earn:
- 2 Points per AUD or NZD spent within Australia and New Zealand
- 400 Points per rental outside Australia and New Zealand

Terms & Conditions

1- A valid Velocity card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award points to be attributed.
2- All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, certain negotiated rates, Wholesale/Voucher rentals, Airline or staff rates, Industry rates, Insurance replacement rentals.
3- Car replacement and Chauffeur Service are not eligible for points credit.
4- Points will not be credited on rentals checked-out out with our current partner in the US and in Canada.
(Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network).
5- 6-8 weeks are required to post Points to your account.
6- New Zealand rentals are paid for in NZD and are converted to AUD by Europcar before being converted to a Points value
7- If you forget to add your membership details, please visit virginaustralia.com/velocity once your rental is complete and fill in the online form to claim your missing Points.
