1.1 By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals.

This Offer is available for all Asia Miles Members.

2.2 To benefit from this Offer you need to book a car rental with Europcar on the dedicated microsite.

2.3 You must show a valid Asia Miles Member card in the name of the Member making the car rental booking at the Europcar station when picking-up the rented vehicle.

2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer.

3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made within the period from 19 May 2025 until 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), unless otherwise extended or modified at Europcar own and entire discretion.

3.2 Rentals must occur from 19 May 2025 to 31 August 2025.

4.1 As an Asia Miles Member you may double your number of Miles by renting a car with Europcar from 500 to a total of 1,000 Miles per car rental.

4.2 Your rental must be booked directly through Europcar’s official booking channel on https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/asia-miles.

4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only.

4.4 It can take a certain amount of time for Miles earned from car rentals to show up in the Asia Miles Member’s account which should be credited between 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental, based on the final amount paid.

4.5 Miles earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.6 Only the Asia Miles Member renting the car can earn Miles.

4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China.

5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.
