Important Information Regarding Tropical Cyclone Alfred

Europcar is aware and continuing to monitor the Tropical Cyclone Alfred event in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Based on advice from the Queensland government, we are closing some locations in QLD & Northern NSW that are impacted.

If you have an upcoming reservation due to pick up between 6th March 2025 and 9th March 2025 inclusive at the impacted locations below, please contact our customer service team on 1300 13 13 90, who will be able to advise you on next steps.

If you are unable to return your vehicle due to the below location closes, we ask that you retain your vehicle until such time as it is safe for the location to reopen. If you have any questions or concerns regarding and current or future bookings, please contact our customer service team on 1300 13 13 90.

We ask customers to avoid any floodwater, and If it becomes unsafe to return a vehicle that is due back to Europcar we ask the customer to retain the vehicle until it is safe to do so, even if the station remains open.
