Maharaja Club members must present their membership card in order to earn points from a car rental.
If the same car, or a different one, is rented on consecutive days from the same branch or different branches, it is counted as one rental period.
Only the Maharaja Club member renting the car can earn points.
It can take a certain amount of time for Points earned from car rentals to show up in the member’s Maharaja Club account.
In the event of any problems, members must show their rental receipt to the company from which the car was rented.
Rentals provided by Europcar in Canada, Japan, China and the US are not eligible for earning miles.

Europcar prices include all mandatory charges with no hidden extras. Tax, collision damage waiver (CDW), theft waiver (TW), airport taxes, and vehicle registration fees are all included in the price. Points are generally unlimited but, in some countries, and for some rental vehicles it may be restricted. Please read the price conditions during the booking process.
Air India reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this arrangement at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any Maharaja Club member or any person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Air India will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products services under this offer.
Air India does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability, or availability of services offered by Europcar. You acknowledge that Air India does not endorse, control, or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness or quality of the products/services availed under the offer must be referred by the customer directly to Europcar.
Air India is not an agent or an intermediary of Europcar. Europcar reserves the right to contract with you, and Air India does not control Europcar and cannot compel them to contract with you. Air India will not be a party to any contract you entered with Europcar.

The offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
All regular rental and driving restrictions of the renting country apply, including geographical restrictions.
Commercial vehicles and long-term rentals are not eligible for Points. Replacement vehicles and chauffeur service are not eligible for Points.
A member can accrue points on either Air India Loyalty Program Maharaja Club or Europcar Loyalty Program Privilege For You. If a member has accrued points on Privilege For You then he/she will not be eligible to earn points under Maharaja Club
