- Check if it is a Telpark car park: Look for Telpark signs or branding at the entrance.
- Press the help button: Use the help/intercom button located near the barrier for assistance.
Identify yourself as a Europcar/Telpark customer.
Inform the operator that you are a EUROPCAR/TELPARK customer and provide the necessary details.
