Terms & Conditions

    1. -10% Members' Discount
    2. The Members' Discount of 10% is available on rentals of 3 to 21 days for cars and vans throughout the Europcar network, to members of the Privilege loyalty program.
    3. The 10% discount applies to Europcar’s standard daily base rate (‘the reference price’) that is obtained by using the same selection criteria (e.g. dates, pick-up and drop off destinations, vehicle group, length of hire etc) on the homepage of the europcar.com website on the day the reservation is made.
    4. The discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or contractual rate.
    5. Any reservation made through this dedicated page will have the Members' Discount applied.
    6. Members who rent primarily for business purposes and have their company's business account saved on their profile, but wish to take advantage of the Members' Discount for personal rentals, must make their reservation through this page for the discount reduction percentage to be applied. In that case, the negotiated rate of their company's business account will not apply. The 10% Members' Discount will be applied to the standard daily base rate.
    7. Members who do not have a company business account saved on their profile can login to their account on the website or app to have the Members' Discount applied to any reservation made through the standard search. The rate displayed includes the discount reduction percentage, calculated on the basis of the standard daily base rate (‘the reference price’).
    8. The Members' Discount can be applied to a rental booked directly in a Europcar location. The discount will be applied to the best availalble daily base rate. Members must present their Privilege Card or Europcar ID to the agent and specify they wish to use the Members' Discount.
    9. The Members' Discount does not apply to any of the recommended extras or recommended protections.
    10. All others Rental terms and conditions of the rental country of destination will apply.
    11. The member may be asked to present their Privilege card as proof of membership at the time of pickup. Failure to present this will result in the removal of the discount from the reservation.
    12. Europcar reserves the right to end this offer without notice. Any reservation made before the end the offer will have the Members' Discount applied.
