myEuropcar Customer Survey Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is CLA Trading Pty Ltd trading as Europcar Australia / myEuropcar (ABN 81 082 220 399), registered office: 189 South Centre Road, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043 ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 11 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Wednesday, 2 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are current or former myEuropcar subscribers and receive an email invitation containing a unique link or open invitation to participate in the survey. Directors, management, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated agencies or suppliers are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter To enter, eligible entrants must fully complete and submit the online myEuropcar Customer Survey during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Any automated, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
5. Prize Details Total prize pool value is $500 AUD (including GST) consisting of five (5) prizes:
  • Five (5) $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Cards valued at $100 AUD each (redeemable online for the recipient's choice of major Australian retail gift cards).
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer (Prezzee).
6. Winner Draw The electronic random draw will take place at the Promoter’s registered office at 189 South Centre Road, Tullamarine VIC 3043 at 11:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 9 December 2026 ("Draw Date"). The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification & Publication Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw (by Friday, 11 December 2026). The first initial, surname, suburb, and state of each winner will be published on the Europcar website at www.europcar.com.au/competitions on Friday, 11 December 2026 for a minimum of 28 days.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw If any prize remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winner by 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday, 4 March 2027 (approximately three months post-draw), a secondary random electronic draw will be conducted at the same location at 11:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 10 March 2027. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days and published online in accordance with Clause 7.
9. Verification & Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and subscription eligibility) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry mechanism, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct.
10. Privacy The Promoter collects personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and state/postcode) to conduct the promotion, contact winners, and fulfill prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.europcar.com.au/en-au/p/legal-information/privacy-policy. All survey responses are analysed in aggregate and will not affect an entrant's chances in the random draw.
11. General The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted survey submissions caused by technical transmission errors, network disruptions, or communication failures. Liability for any taxes payable as a result of accepting a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance/use of any prize. This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
