Terms and Conditions
- Miles are earned for each rental after the vehicle is returned.
- Miles cannot be earned on rentals from Europcar partners in the United States and Canada.
- Miles may not be earned on certain contracted rates: Tour operation rates, industry rates, airline staff rates, truck rentals, reward rates, car replacement, long-term rentals, Chauffeur service, and some negotiated rates.
- Europcar rates include all mandatory charges and therefore do not contain hidden extra charges. Rates include: Taxes, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges, and vehicle registration fees when applicable. Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rentals where this limitation may apply.
- Please read your rental conditions during the vehicle rental process. Applicable discounts are applied to the basic rental rate, excluding additional charges.
- Miles are credited to the Air Europa Suma account within a period of six to eight weeks from the rental.
