Europcar has implemented the following provisional policy for those of you whose travel plans have been disrupted by the ash cloud crisis:
- If you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be granted and no cancellation fees will be incurred.
- If you wish to keep your reservation but need to make modifications to the pick up time or date or return time or date, we will make arrangements, subject to availability, to honour your reservation with a new pick up or drop off time.
