1.1 The offer to double and/or triple your number of Avios by renting a car with Europcar (the “Offer”) is a joint collaboration between Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. (“Qatar Airways”), a Qatari close shareholding company (commercial registration No. 16070) having its principal place of business at Qatar Airways Tower 1, Airport Road, PO Box 22550, Doha, State of Qatar and EUROPCAR INTERNATIONAL S.A.S.U (“Europcar”), a ‘Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle' (a simplified limited company with sole shareholder), registered at Registry of Commerce and Companies of Paris with company N° B 542 065 305), having a principal place of business at 13 ter Boulevard Berthier, Paris 75017 France.
1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Offer and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to the Privilege Club program.
