Terms and conditions
1. General
1.1 By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. H Rewards points* cannot be earned on discounted rentals.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is available only for H Rewards members.
2.2 To benefit from this Offer, you must book your car rental via the dedicated H Rewards and Europcar landing page: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/hrewards
2.3 You must present a valid H Rewards membership card (digital or physical) in the name of the Member making the booking at the Europcar station when picking up the rented vehicle.
2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any given time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer.
3. Promotional Period and Pick-up Period
3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made between June 15, 2026, and August 28, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), and pick-up between June 15, 2026, and October 2, 2026, unless otherwise extended or modified at Europcar’s own and entire discretion.
4. Offer Details
4.1 As an H Rewards member, you can earn double points on qualifying rentals. A bonus is applied to the standard base of 6 H Rewards points per euro spent*: for rentals of more than 2 days, you will receive an additional 6 bonus points per euro, resulting in a total of 12 H Rewards points per euro spent.
4.2 This Offer applies to all vehicle categories and replaces any existing tier-based bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.
4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only.
4.4 Points should be credited to the member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental.
4.6 Only the H Rewards member renting the car can earn Points.
4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, and China.
4.8 This Offer is applicable for rentals with a maximum duration of 21 days. Rentals exceeding 21 days will not be eligible for the promotional multipliers.
5. Assistance
5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.
