What should the battery charge level be when I pick-up or return the car?

Rules may vary from one country to another. We recommend you to look a local rules.

• At pick-up: we aim to ensure that the vehicle is charged to 80% when you collect it. To avoid any unpleasant surprises at pickup or unexpected charges when you return the vehicle, we recommend checking the fuel or battery level when you collect the car, regardless of whether it's petrol or electric
• At return: If you selected the prepaid charging option, you can return the vehicle with any battery level—no minimum charge is required. If you did not select this option and return the vehicle with less than 80% charge, a fixed recharging fee will apply
