How can we help you ?

What is the process when returning the vehicle?

We want to make your vehicle return as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Returning Your Vehicle Outside of Opening Hours

If you're returning your vehicle outside of business hours:

  • Take photos of the vehicle while it’s parked at the rental station. This helps prevent any pre-existing or previous damage from being mistakenly attributed to your rental.
  • Place the keys in the designated key return box.

Returning Your Vehicle During Opening Hours

If you’re returning during business hours:

  • The rental station will inspect the vehicle with you present, unless you prefer not to wait for the inspection.
  • If you choose not to wait, the inspection will be carried out without you, and we will notify you of any new damage found via our Head Office.

Disputing Damage Claims

If you receive a notification of new damage and wish to dispute the claim, you can contact us using the details provided in the communication you received.

Your Responsibility

As stated in Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for returning the vehicle, keys, accessories, and any documents in the same condition as when you picked it up—subject to normal wear and tear.

Damage claims may incur an administration fee to cover the resources used in managing the claim.

Personal Items

We do not accept liability for any personal items left in the vehicle at the end of your rental period. Please ensure you remove all personal belongings, including:

  • Your copy of the Rental Agreement.
  • Any data stored in the infotainment system.

Final Check

Before returning the vehicle, please double-check to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything inside.

For more details, please refer to our UK Terms & Conditions and Damage Management Policy available on our website.
