Do you accept animals in your vehicles?
At Europcar, only assistance dogs are permitted in our vehicles. We’re happy to welcome customers who rely on these specially trained animals, but there are a few important things to be aware of:
- Animal restraints are not provided in our vehicles. If you’re travelling with an Assistance Dog, you are responsible for ensuring your dog is safely and appropriately restrained at all times.
- This is to help protect the safety of your dog, the driver, and all passengers, and to avoid distractions while driving.
- You must also return the vehicle in the same clean condition as it was at the start of the rental (excluding fair wear and tear).
Please note - that we do not under any circumstances accept liability for damage suffered by the vehicle or for injury caused to the dog or to you or the driver or to any passengers as a result of your failure to keep the dog appropriately restrained and/or controlled. In addition you are required to return the vehicle to us in the same condition as it was at the start of the Hire Period (fair wear and tear excepted).
