Cleaning fees

Yes, a cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for immediate re-rental.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Excessive dirt or mud inside or outside the vehicle
  
• Stains, pet hair, sand, or unpleasant odours
  
• Spills or waste left in the vehicle
  

In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee, the amount of which is outlined in our Recommended price guide at the end of the Rental Conditions downloaded by pdf.

Interior cleaning – passenger vehicle: 135€ (to convert in the local currency of your rental country)

Interior cleaning – Utility vehicle: 180€ (to convert in the local currency of your rental country)

To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that you return the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.
