Cancellation fees and no show fees
Late Cancellation – If you cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date of the vehicle, a penalty fee, as specified in the Recommended Price Guide for late cancellation, will be applied. This penalty amount will not exceed the total cost of your rental if that cost is lower.
- For prepaid bookings: the penalty will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
- For non-prepaid bookings: the penalty will be charged to the payment method you provided.
- If no payment method was provided for a non-prepaid booking, you will still be liable for the penalty.

Example :
You booked a car for the 10 of June at 2PM. You would like to cancel the rental.
To cancel free of charges : The vehicle must be cancelled at 13:59 on 8th June or before.
No-show – If you have not cancelled your booking and do not show up at the rental location on the scheduled date and time:
- A no-show penalty will apply, as specified in the Recommended Price Guide.
- If your rental price is lower than the penalty amount, the no-show penalty will be equal to your rental price.
- For prepaid bookings: the penalty will be deducted from any refund owed to you.
- For non-prepaid bookings: the penalty will be charged to the payment method you provided.
- If no payment method was provided, you remain liable for the penalty.
Non-refundable, non-modifiable offer (Light Package) – If you chose a non-refundable and non-modifiable rate (Light Package), no changes are permitted to your booking, even if requested before the vehicle pick-up. If you decide to cancel your booking or do not show up at the branch to collect the vehicle as scheduled, no refund will be issued.
