Why do some Vehicles or Equipment require extra confirmation?
Some vehicle models and optional equipment — especially premium cars, vans & trucks, or certain extras — may be available in limited quantities at specific branches. This can vary depending on the country of pick-up.
If this applies to your selection, you’ll see a clear message during the online booking process.
How It Works
To make sure your rental experience runs smoothly:
- When you complete your online reservation, a confirmation request is automatically sent to the pick-up branch.
- The branch will check availability and respond via email within 8 business hours.
- If your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- If the selected vehicle or equipment is unavailable, we’ll email you with alternative options.
Until you receive your confirmation email, your booking is not yet guaranteed. To avoid delays, keep an eye on your inbox — and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder
