What additional services do you offer?
To enhance your rental experience, you can choose from various additional services, including:
- Additional Driver: Authorize extra drivers with Basic Protection included.
- Out-of-Hours Collection & Key Return: Pick up or drop off outside normal branch hours.
- Delivery & Collection: Have your vehicle delivered to or collected from your home or workplace.
- Full Tank Option: Prepay for fuel at a competitive rate and return the car with any fuel level.
- Roadside Assistance Products: Protect against non-mechanical incidents, such as locking keys inside the car.
All these options can be selected directly when booking online or through our reservation center or directly at the counter.
Good to know: some mandatory charges may apply based on specific circumstances and are not considered as optional service.
This includes, in particular but not only:
- Young Driver Surcharge: Required for drivers under minimum age requirements
- Driving outside the pick-up country: If you plan to take your rental car outside the country where you collected it, specific charges and documentation may apply
