Our rental packages-Light, Standard, Comfort, and Comfort+- are designed to give you great value on your rental while including different levels of protection and benefits to suit your needs.
These packages—Light, Standard, Comfort, and Comfort+—are available exclusively on our website and offered in selected stations only, in France, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Italy.
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll enjoy tailored coverage options such as:
- Collision Damage Protection
- Theft Protection
- Windscreen, Headlight & Tyre Protection
- Personal Accident Protection (for both the driver and passengers)
- Personal Belongings Coverage
Modifications & Cancellation Terms
For bookings made with a refundable package (Standard, Comfort, or Comfort+), you can modify or cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that period, a cancellation fee applies.
The Light package, however, is non-refundable, cannot be modified (except to upgrade to a higher package), and in case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
You can upgrade your vehicle at any time, but please note that you’ll need to rebook the same package to keep the same coverage and included equipment.
If you wish to add extra services—like additional roadside assistance or child seats—you can do so at the counter or by contacting our customer service team, as long as these services aren’t already included in your package.
