Can I modify the booking before arriving at the rental location?
We understand that plans may change, and we want to make it easy for you to update your reservation.
Before You Pick Up Your Vehicle
For the best experience, we recommend adding all necessary options when you first make your reservation, as some items and services may be subject to availability or depend on your booking type. You can make changes up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time to avoid any amendment fees. If you want to modify your booking Online, please click on the Manage booking section
Changes You Can Make at the Rental Station
If you need to make adjustments once you arrive, you may still be able to:
- Upgrade your vehicle to a larger or more premium model
- Add optional equipment like GPS, child seats, or Wi-Fi
- Include additional drivers
- Extend your rental period
- Change the return location, if needed
Please note: Availability of these options will depend on the location and time of request. Some changes may incur additional charges, including amendment fees.
Special Conditions for Modifications
Some bookings have specific conditions that may limit what changes can be made:
- Corporate bookings or rentals with a voucher: Changes may be restricted based on your contract terms.
- Third-party bookings (e.g., through online travel agencies): Changes at the rental station might not be possible. You’ll likely need to cancel with the original provider and rebook, which could involve extra fees.
- Non-refundable or non-modifiable packages: These bookings cannot be changed once confirmed.
