I qualify for a free single or double car upgrade. Why am I not able to receive it?

Free single or double car upgrades are subject to fleet availability at the time of pick-up and cannot be guaranteed.


Other conditions may apply preventing you from being granted this benefit:

  • Your rental duration is over 14 days
  • You are renting a Premium, Luxury, Van or Truck vehicle type
  • You do not have the Privilege For You status required (only Adventurer and Navigator)
  • You are renting during a peak holiday period
  • Your booking was made less than 48 hours prior to your pick-up time
