I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

If your account has just been recently created, there is a 24 hours waiting period before you can initiate a password reset.


▶ If you do not receive any emails following the password reset, please utilize our 'Contact Us' section to send an email. Include the following details in your message:

  • First and last name
  • Your date of birth
  • Europcar ID number
  • Driving license
