Tax:16%
       7% will be applicable at Aqaba Al Nahda Street (AQJC02) & Aqaba King Hussein Inter Airport (AQJT01) stations

Additional driver:
With the consent of the renter, the vehicle may be driven by other persons. Charges: USD 7 Per day with a maximum of USD 70 per rental

Age: Minimum Minimum 18 years. ( young driver fee applies for drivers of age 18-24 years )
Maximum 75 Years ( senior driver fee applies for drivers of age 67-75 years)
for all drivers, the driving license has to be held for a period of 1 year prior to start of the rental

Cash rental deposit:
Cash rental deposit is not accepted at all the rental locations. Debit cards are not accepted by Europcar Jordan as a mean of Deposit
Prepaid credit card is not accepted
A valid credit card in the name of the renter is to be provided at the time of rental.The deposit taken on the credit card at the time of rental will be automatically released in 14 days from date of the return of the car. If the deposit is not released after 14 days, the client has to check with his/her bank for the same . Alternatively, they can contact our customer service team on customercare@europcar.jo

A valid credit card in the name of the renter is to be provided at the time of rental.The deposit taken on the credit card at the time of rental will be automatically released in 14 days from date of the return of the car. If the deposit is not released after 14 days, the client has to check with his/her bank for the same . Alternatively, they can contact our customer service team on customercare@europcar.jo

Delivery / Collection: delivery/collection charge is 1.50 USD per kilometer from Europcar location. Available only on request. For more information, please contact our Reservation Department at Reservation@europcar.jo
Driving licence: Held for at least one years.
Fuel: When you pick your car up, the fuel tank will be full or partly full. You will leave a deposit to cover the cost of the fuel: the counter staff will block this money on your credit card. Just before you return your car, please return the same fuel level as after you have gotten the vehicle. The renter agrees to accept the debit to his credit card account of the charges incurred under his rental agreement if hirer had accepted payment on the basis of fuel costs in the car when rented in case not returned with the same proportion of fuel when opening the contract value of the price of a liter of fuel

Insurances:
The renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the hirer, its employees and agents from and against any loss liability and expense a rising directly or indirectly: If the car's bodywork gets damaged, you’re covered by the Collision Damage Waiver. This means that the most you'll pay towards repairs are the damage excess. And you must make a police report. This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement. It doesn't cover other parts of the car (e.g., windows, wheels, interior, or undercarriage), charges (e.g. for towing or off-road time), or anything in the car (e.g. child seats, GPS devices, or personal belongings). Any loss happened to the license of the vehicle during the contract, the renter shall inform the nearest police station and the renter shall inform the nearest police station and the hirer, contract will be valid on the same basis till receiving and/or issuing a new license. And in the event of a total loss of the vehicle, the charge will be 1630 USD, obliged to pay with the full right and authority to take all the necessary procedures which guarantee or protect the first party rights (car Hire Company). 
One-way rentals:
1) Domestic:Available between all Europcar stations. If you arrange to pick the car up in one location and drop it at that another station, the car hire company may charge a one-way fee to cover the cost of returning the car to the original location. Prior notification is required for all one-way rentals. If you drop the car off at a location other than the one originally agreed; you will incur a 'Penalty' from the car hire company. 
2) International: Not Allowed.
Crossborder: Not Allowed.
Other services: After Hours rentals: 10 USD/ Per Hours, Young Driver - 10 USD per day, 140 USD per rental. Baby, Child, Infant, Toddler seat: 7 USD per day, 100 USD per rental. Internet WI-FI: 7 USD Euro per day, 100 USD per rental. Penalty charge in case of damage or loss of special equipment is 150 USD Lost registration documents total Amount Plus 25% will apply.
Use of Winter Tyres: N/A 

Terms of Payment: 
payment can be made either through Europcar cards or most other credit cards accepted in Jordan. Cash rentals will be accepted by prior arrangement with Europcar Jordan and will require a substantial amount to be paid in advance, details of which will be agreed prior to the rental. Europcar has the right to collect all different types of pending expenses occurred during the rental period Viz damages , traffic/ parking fines, toll gate charges and /or any other fines or charges levied by the local authorities during the rental period, even after closing the contract if the violation was proven during the period of the validity of the contract through the amount authorized on the credit card. Regardless if the vehicle was offhired. the renter authorizes Europcar to charge his credit card for any traffic fines, toll fees, municipality fines, parking fees or fines as and when they are received from the local authorities. sometimes these fines are received even months after the vehicle is returned and Europcar Jordan reserves the right to charge the clients for the same as and when received. A proof of the traffic/ parking fines will be provided to the client.

Grace period:
There will be a 59 minutes grace period for the return of all vehicles. If the car is returned after this time , any additional insurance purchased will no longer be valid and the customer will have to pay the late penalty fee (50) USD and the daily rate. In case the client buys premium insurance from our company and if there a damage to the vehicle, the client must produce a police report for the damage, otherwise, the client will be charged the total cost of damages.

Traffic violation:
Regarding traffic violation fines recieved on the vehicle during the rental period, the client is liable to pay all traffic fines / parking fines / municipalty fines / any other goverment fines plus an adiitional 25% service fee. 
The renter authorizes Europcar to charge his credit card for any traffic fines, toll fees, municipality fines, parking fees or fines as and when they are received from the local authorities. sometimes these fines are received even months after the vehicle is returned and Europcar Jordan reserves the right to charge the clients for the same as and when received. A proof of the traffic/ parking fines will be provided to the client.

Cleaning charges:
The renter commits to deliver back the vehicle in a clean condition from inside and outside, otherwise the renter commits to pay a penalty of USD 30 and the rental deposit will not be returned until the car is washed and the charges for car cleaning are recived from the workshop. Any damage to the interior of the car which is not caused due to an accident is not covered by the insurance company. The client is responsible for the full cost of repairs for any damage to the interiors . A police report is mandatory for all insurance claims even if the client purchases full insurances. 
Restriction Of Use: Off road driving , traveling out of Jordan & Smoking inside the car are not allowed
All our vehciles are fitted with monitoring/Tracking systems. Our insurance company does not cover off road driving, dune bashing , wadi bashing and/or other sporting activities etc and hence, this is STRICTLY PROHIBITED . If any client goes off road and our tracking system detects, we will charge the full deposit amount to the clients card without any obligations. Besides, the insurance becomes null and void even if the client has purchased full insurance and the client will be responsible for all damages including third party damages in case of an accident or damages.

INSURANCE DOESNT COVER THE BELOW
Traffic fines, Parking fines, Fines issued when involved in an accident, charges for police report or any other fines issued by any competent authority including charges to release confiscation of vehicles, Fuel charges, car wash charges, parking fee.
Europcar is not to be held liable for items stolen, personal belongings, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle.
The loss of the vehicle documents.
If customers load the car with more than the stated capacity or vehicles are taken “off-road” (unpaved roads).
If the driver is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their cellular phone at the time of the accident. No cover is included even with a cover if a police report specifying the damage is not submitted.
The use not permitted includes and is not limited to the following cases mentioned by way of example:
Pushing or towing another vehicle, driving in deserts, on waterlogged areas.
Driving in areas not suited to public transport, unpaved roads, such as beaches, racetracks, forestry roads, back roads, etc.
Driving on dirt roads and very poorly paved roads that could cause damage to the underside of the vehicle.
Driving the vehicle in restricted areas, private roads, and more specifically on airport roads and other roads for aeronautical and/or military use.
Negligent behavior when the vehicle’s indicators show an alert or when vehicle is overdue for service as per the service due sticker on the front windshield or driving vehicles with low air pressure in tires.
Transport of goods or animals and, in particular, substances that are hazardous, inflammable and/or poisonous for the vehicle and its occupants.
The transport of individuals or goods for which the customers receive direct or indirect payment.
Sub-leasing the vehicle.
Using the vehicle for unlawful activities as per law.
Transporting a number of passengers and amount of luggage not authorized for the vehicle concerned.
Transport of luggage or any other item on the vehicle’s roof, even when an adequate luggage rack is used for the purpose.
Damage to the vehicle caused by leaving tempting items in plain sight inside the vehicle.
Dirtying the inside of the vehicle beyond what would be expected from reasonable and careful use.
Driving the vehicle when tired, not feeling well and under the influence of alcohol, medicine or drugs.
Reckless driving.
Using the vehicle to give driving lessons under any circumstance and/or to teach special driving techniques.
Driving against the traffic regulations.
The vehicle is driven by a person who is not authorized to do so in the agreement, as either a customer and/or a supplementary driver.
Continued use of the vehicle after the rental period has ended or not returning the vehicle to EUROPCAR, for renewal of registration, insurance, routine servicing or any other purpose.
