Terms and Conditions
(1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process, provided they complete an online booking and their profile is complete and up to date, or they have completed online check-in before pick-up time.
(2) Secured bookings until the end of business hours at the rental location for Privilege members.
(3) Selected offers and promotions will only be available to Privilege members if they have opted in to receive marketing content.
(4) In participating Accor hotels worldwide. For more information, click on the Accor hotels link in your “My Europcar” section.
(5) The free rental offer is available after the completion of the third rental once per year and is for a maximum of 3 days, including a Saturday night. The free weekend rental is available once per calendar year regardless of changes in tier level.
(6) The coupon is valid once per calendar year, regardless of changes in Privilege tier level. *Coupon value varies depending on location and currency.
(7) The free weekend rental is only available when upgrading from one tier level to another.
(8) Free upgrades are subject to vehicle availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on vans and trucks or combined with the free weekend rental. The maximum rental duration with an upgrade is 14 days.
(9) Privilege Elite and Elite VIP Members can benefit from one additional driver at no extra charge for each rental.
(10) Privilege Elite VIP Members renting at public rates can benefit from a one-off free annual membership for the Priority Pass service, giving access to over 1000 airport lounges worldwide, with the first visit free of charge. Rentals at promotional rates or corporate/partnership negotiated rates do not count towards these reward benefits. Please note: The Priority Pass benefit, as part of our current Privilege loyalty programme, ended on 23 February 2025. All active Priority Passes remain valid until their expiry date.
