You already are a client traveling through Airports or Railway stations and you made at least one rental in the last 24 months?
Check if your personal data is updated:
  • You have a functional e-mail & mobile phone number for the driver
  • You have an valid mean of payment registered in the Europcar systems
  • The driver must have valid driving license registered within Europcar system
A reservation at least 36 hours before the vehicle pick up in one of our station equipped is needed to start the key dispenser experience
