UAB Mobility Lietuva, operating under the “Europcar” brand, is a private limited liability company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with legal entity code 3031 67185, and registered office at A. Juozapavičiaus g. 6, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – EUROPCAR LITHUANIA).
It is responsible for processing your personal data (i.e. any information that allows your identity to be directly or indirectly determined), collected via this website, in car rental stations, or through any other form of interaction with EUROPCAR LITHUANIA.
For what purposes does EUROPCAR LITHUANIA collect your personal data?
EUROPCAR LITHUANIA processes personal data that you voluntarily provide for the following purposes:
Registration and account management
- Registering you as an EUROPCAR LITHUANIA member, creating your account, and assigning you an identification number. This processing is necessary to identify you and to prepare and facilitate future bookings/rental agreements with EUROPCAR LITHUANIA.

At any time, you may review and/or update your personal profile, including your membership registration, driver information, and preferred car rental settings, through the “My Europcar” link available on the Europcar website at www.europcar.com/lt-lt. You will be able to change your password, security question, update or correct your phone number, address, email address, and driver’s licence information, as well as update your car rental and travel preferences, including insurance, payment method, and frequent traveller membership.

Right of access
The right to obtain confirmation as to whether EUROPCAR LIETUVA processes your personal data and, if so, to access such personal data and receive additional information about our processing activities (processing purposes, categories of personal data concerned, categories of recipients, whether the data is transferred to third countries and whether adequate safeguards are implemented (if applicable), retention periods, any automated decision-making based on such data, the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, and other data subject rights (rectification, erasure, restriction of processing)).
