* 10% discount on Europcar’s public rate for rentals of 3 to 21 days for cars and vans across the Europcar network.
(1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process. Priority service is available for members with a complete profile or for members who have completed their online check-in.
(2) This free weekend rental is only applicable when upgrading from a tier level to another.
(3) Free upgrades are subject to fleet availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on vans and trucks nor in conjunction with any free weekend. Maximum rental duration when using a car upgrade is 14 rental days.
(4) The free weekend rental after 3 rentals and the value off coupon are applicable once per calendar year, whatever the change in Privilege tier level.

How can I move from one tier to another?

Accepted Answer

Every 2 years on your last status update, we reassess your tier level based on your rentals and rental days to stick to your needs. To move up to the next level or keep your current membership level, you need to reach or maintain the number of rentals or rental days required before your Tier level expiry date.
