If you haven't received your award Miles, please click here to claim missing Miles.
1- A valid SAA Voyager card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award Miles to be attributed.

2- All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, certain negotiated rates.

3- Car replacement and Chauffeur Drive services are not eligible for Miles credit.

4- Miles will not be credited on rentals checked-out out with our current partner in the US and in Canada. (Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network).

5- 6-8 weeks are required to post Miles to your account.

6- Discount will be incorporated into your total price at "Choose your vehicle" stage.

7- Any discount applies on the basic rental estimate, but cannot apply to any extra equipment, cover or taxes.
