• (1) Privilege Members will benefit from a faster vehicle pick-up process, provided they proceed to an advance booking online and that their profile is complete and up-to-date, or they have completed their online check-in before pick up time.

• (2) This free weekend rental is only applicable when upgrading from a tier level to another.

• (3) Privilege Elite VIP Members renting on public rates can benefit from a one-off free annual membership for the Priority Pass service at over 1000 airport lounges worldwide, as well as the first visit free of charge. Rentals on promotional rates or corporate/partnership negotiated rates are not counted towards these reward benefits.

• (4) Free upgrades are subject to fleet availability. The free upgrade offer cannot be used on vans and trucks nor in conjunction with any free weekend. Maximum rental duration when using a car upgrade is 14 rental days.

• (5) The free weekend rental after 3 rentals and the value off coupon are applicable once per calendar year, whatever the change in Privilege tier level.

Every 2 years on your last status update, we reassess your tier level based on your rentals and rental days to stick to your needs. To move up to the next level or keep your current membership level, you need to reach or maintain the number of rentals or rental days required before your Tier level expiry date.
