How to Collect Your Miles?


To make sure your Miles are credited, please mention your Flying Blue number at time of reservation and present your FLYING BLUE card at time of rental.

If your Miles have not been credited to your account within 5 weeks, you should contact :

For all correspondence, please join a copy of your Europcar rental agreement or invoice together with a copy of your Flying Blue card.



A valid Flying Blue card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award miles to be attributed. All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, certain negotiated rates. Car replacement and Chauffeur Service are not eligible for miles credit.


Miles will not be credited on rentals checked-out out with our current partner in the US and in Canada. (Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network).


The same main driver can not earn miles for more than 1 rental at any time. Only one rental can be recorded.
