All cancellations of bookings for pick ups until 15.03 2021 are free of charge until pick up time. for certain destinations (BE, DK, DE, FI, FR, IE, IT, LU, NO, PT, ES, CH, UK)
Other bookings: Cancellation of the rental (paid on arrival or pre-paid) is free of charge up to 48 hours prior the pick-up time.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the pick up time, a fee of EUR 50 / GBP 45/ AUD 77/ NZD 80/ 370 DKK/ $50 USD (depending on local currency), or the whole price of rental if value is lower, will be charged.
