Earn Points with Europcar

A valid IBERIA PLUS card in the name of the first named driver must be shown at the car rental pick-up station for award miles to be attributed. All rates are eligible except Tour Operator rates, broker rates, Europcar staff and partner staff rates, mid and long term rentals (any longer than 25 days), Truck rental, complimentary or Award rentals, certain negotiated rates. Car replacement and Chauffeur Service are not eligible for points credit.

Miles will not be credited on rentals checked-out out with our current partner in the US and in Canada. (Of course reservations inbound from the US are eligible in rest of the network).

The same main driver can not earn miles for more than 1 rental at any time. Only one rental can be recorded.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR POINTS

To make sure your points are credited, please mention your IBERIA PLUS number at time of reservation and present your IBERIA PLUS card at time of rental.

If your miles have not been credited to your account within 5 weeks, all you have to do is contact your Europcar Reservation Centre at 902 10 50 30 (calls within Spain) or +34 91 343 45 12 (calls from abroad). You may also contact Europcar via fax at +34 91 722 62 27.

Any correspondence should be forwarded together with a copy of your Europcar rental agreement or invoice as well as your IBERIA PLUS membership number.

Redeem Points for Free rentals

You can convert your Iberia Plus points into Europcar car rentals.

All you have to do is contact your Europcar Reservation Centre at 902 10 50 30 (calls from within Spain) or +34 91 343 45 12 (calls from abroad). You may also contact Europcar via fax at +34 91 722 62 27 or via email at iberiaplus.es@mail.europcar.com .
Reservation of award rentals is possible from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 7:00pm).

Europcar award rentals only include basic rental. Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver, other optional insurance, tax, airport surcharge, and any special equipment will be charged to your credit card.

This offer is valid in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
