MISSION
Europcar International (holding of the Europcar Group) is looking for an Online Marketing Manager. He/She will be responsible for the SEM activity (Search Engine Marketing), including PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search engine Optimization), for Europcar International.
RESPONSIBILITES
Under the authority of the E-commerce Manager, you draw up and follow the internal PPC campaigns (organisation, budget, reporting...). You ensure the management of all quality traffic acquisition campaigns with the support of the other team members (3 people), and you oversee the current campaigns ran by external agency.
Moreover, you are in charge of the SEO and e-marketing strategies development / coordination for countries, as well as of the online traffic activity monitoring.
Lastly, you are responsible for the affiliate policy.
Your daily activities will be, among others :
- - Optimize our SEM as well as our online marketing process (PPC, Trusted feeds, sponsored links)
- - Draw up and analyse search engine keywords performance,
- - Manage and develop the PPC sponsorship,
- - Manage e-commerce projects by working closely with the e-commerce manager, the IT team and the web agencies,
- - Ensure the weekly/monthly reporting and analysis for the SEM, SEO and other online marketing campaigns,
- - Set up indicators for cost, traffic and sales monitoring,
- - Implement and coordinate SEM and SEO activities between ECI (holding) and countries,
- - Update SEM campaigns in coordination with marketing and pricing teams, for instance by creating dedicated promotional pages, etc.
- - Measure the conversion rate and ROI of our online marketing campaigns,
- - Understand and articulate the competitive landscape, research the latest trend in online marketing,

Profile | |
PROFILE
Previous experience : minimum 3-years experience in online marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC) within an international firm, having developped a sound proficiency in search engines, in particular in the ranking algorithms used by these websites. You have already dealt with budget and forecasts.
Education level : Master degree in the marketing field
Computer skills : Perfect command of Google environment (AdWords, Google Analytics) and ideally HTML and other programming languages (Javascript, CSS).
Languages : Fluent English mandatory, another European language is a plus.
Personal characteristics : Dynamic, detail-oriented, analytical skills and strong ability to communicate
